1st XV
Mens Division 1. Experienced senior squad competing across the lower mainland and Vancouver Island through the BC Rugby season.
Training Every Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30pm at the Brockton Oval (Men's & Women's team)

Men's rugby
Two senior sides across BC Rugby Division 1 and Division 3. Train Tuesday and Thursday at Brockton Oval, play BC Rugby on Saturdays. Experienced players, returners, and beginners alongside each other.
The squad
The 1st XV plays Mens Division 1, the level below the Premiership. The 3rds plays Mens Division 3 and is where new and returning players get their rugby alongside senior Rowers who want a different game on a Saturday. Squads train together on Tuesday and Thursday, then split out for matches.
Players move between grades on form and availability. Nobody is locked into one team by reputation, and selection runs both ways: a 1st XV regular can drop in to help the 3rds out on a thin week, and a 3rds player on form can make the step up.
Alumni include Rugby Canada captains and Major League Rugby players who came up through the same squad.

Mens Division 1. Experienced senior squad competing across the lower mainland and Vancouver Island through the BC Rugby season.
Mens Division 3. New and returning players alongside long-time Rowers. Same training as the 1st XV, full match programme, and a route up the squad whenever a player wants it.
Experienced coaching staff across forwards, backs, and the breakdown. Structured Tuesday and Thursday sessions, video review on big match weeks, deliberate work on the parts of the game that decide results.

Yes. The 1st XV competes across the top half of BC Rugby Division 1, with experienced coaches and structured training. Players who've come from clubs in the UK, Ireland, NZ, Australia, South Africa, and elsewhere in Canada have stayed because the rugby is competitive.
Yes. The 3rds is built for returning players. Plenty of current Rowers stepped away for years, came back through the 3rds, and are still here. You move between grades on form and availability, not seniority.
